Corsa Cucina is in the 'sweet spot.' It's perfectly situated for those leaving theaters at the Wynn, wanting something Italian, in an elegant locale. Their assortment of appetizers, pizzettes, pastas, and entrees are unique, and their Corsa salad is as lovely as it is delicious. They sport a full bar, as well as an impressive wine list, and while the restaurant can get quite busy, their service is efficient. It's an ideal 'after theater' late dinner spot, and the right table can be quite romantic, particularly when sharing one of their sexy, decadent desserts.
